God Took Him to the Valley by Pastor Harman Today, God's mercy calls us, To wash away our sin; However great our trespass, Whatever we have been. The past shall be forgotten, A present joy be given, By grace we have this promise: A glorious crown in heaven. God took him to the valley; Ezekiel saw the bones, God made the dead to rally, For He gives life alone! When life seems dark and cheerless, and all our hope is gone, The Sovereign LORD is near us With life to carry on. "If anyone is thirsty, Then let him come to Me to drink of waters plenty," As Scripture does decree. Christ Jesus says believers With living water flow; Transformed then, we receivers That fount of life shall show. Empowered by the Spirit We comfort, teach, and warn; God's Word -for all who hear it- Will keep us safe from harm. It quenches thirsty soul's doubt, This water-of-the-heart. Good Christians, now rejoice, shout! "My God, how great Thou art!" With sound and flame and wonders on that first Pentecost The Spirit worked thru Peter, Who reached out to the lost. Dear Spirit, give us power To knock upon hearts' door. That lost ones hear this hour Then live forevermore. Praise unto God the Father, Declare His awesome things! Praise to the Son, our Brother, Salvation He does bring! And to the Holy Spirit, Let Praises ever ring! Shout Holy! Holy! Holy! To our Jehovah-King! Amen. Pastor Michael Harman
